As Commercial Finance Brokers, we source Commercial and Business Finance for small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) throughout the UK. The finance can vary dramatically – from a small unsecured loan…to a multi-million-pound funding facility for a property development.

We have access to over 150 different lending institutions and have a range of dedicated products which Bluebox has developed for the market.

We are building a nationwide network of brokers to connect our products and lenders to the businesses that need them, and you could be part of this exciting and growing team.

We need people who are numerate, but we do not need mathematicians – simply people who can discuss numbers with clients. We welcome applicants from any business background who understand how a business works and what business owners are trying to achieve.

Our brokers must be good communicators who enjoy talking to businesspeople about their business needs. Whilst there is some technical work to do behind the scenes, a successful broker will always be busy either meeting clients, researching prospective clients, or networking with other professionals who might wish to introduce their clients to the broker.

We are looking for people with drive and enthusiasm, who are prepared to commit to creating and developing a successful career in broking.

We provide substantial initial professional training, sales leads and ongoing development, so previous financial broking experience or qualifications are not essential to apply for the role of a Commercial Finance Broker.

We provide a comprehensive initial training course which covers both the financial products we use and the marketing and management of a brokerage.

We will cover the full range of commercial finance products that we offer, including business finance, unsecured loans, invoice discounting, asset-backed finance etc…

The course majors on property finance, e.g. Development Finance, Bridging, Commercial and Buy-To-Let Property Mortgages, simply because demand for these financial products continues to rise, and the rewards for brokers are significant for arranging finance around property transactions. Many Commercial Finance Brokers operate exclusively and successfully in this market throughout their careers.

As there is no limit to earnings potential, the financial rewards for training to become a Bluebox Commercial Finance Broker can be significant.
