Our client is a fast-growing company who are looking to recruit an experienced Claims Manager/Team Leader with a positive can-do attitude.

As the Claims Manager/Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Claims Handlers; offering guidance, expertise and support along with performance management ensuring financial, quality and customer service targets are meet.

In addition to managing a team, you will need to be a confident communicator and able to build strong business relationships.

CII Certificate in Insurance qualified
