Joining our team as an Accounts Assistant, you will take on a varied role. You will be responsible for:

Cashiering – Assist in the allocation and banking of monies received. This will include counting cash that has come in as well as ensuring all receipts are produced from all departments.
Sales Ledger – Process payments from the bank statement, chasing outstanding debts and any other sales ledger related responsibilities.
Purchase Ledger – Process invoices, payments to suppliers, chasing up queries to completion, statement reconciliations and any other purchase ledger related responsibilities.
Assist the accounts and vehicle administration department in the day to day running of the departmentCould this be the ideal role for me?

Our ideal Accounts Assistant will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an accounting role within a dealership environment and will ideally have experience using Kerridge/Drive. You will be an experienced automotive Accounts Assistant looking for a new challenge.

You will be a very process driven individual who is to detail orientated with an emphasis on department profitability through a process driven approach.
