Our client whom handles the export of a high end wine collection is looking for a back office administratives assistant to join there team of 3 on a permanant basis. The CRM they use is Sage, so prior experience is required. The role is based in Waddesdon and follows a strandard Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00 work schedule.
The role handles sales order processing and Customer enquiries, which could come in via phone or e-mail. experience in a sales environment is preffered as the opportunity to upsell and guide customers on their orders often arrises. They are looking for someone who has good communicative and interpersonal skills, to fit in with their friendly, customer first approach.
A few of the responsibilities are listed below.
* Processing of orders through Sage
* Sending orders to the in-house warehourse for dispatch
* Liaise with couriers regarding POD and delivery problems
* Resolving customers queries and any complaints in a polite manner
* Dealing with claims for breakages, late deliveries and non deliveries.
* Assisting corporate clients in selecting the correct wines, according to price and style.
* Assisting in stock takes which happens 5 times a year
* dealing with filing and general office admin
* Building customer relationships and regular contact with the logistics manager.
