I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, independent homecare provider that are looking for a Care Manager for their Amersham service.
The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare in the area
They are an independent company providing private homecare and live-in care
Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
Managing the day to day running of the branch
They are currently providing 600 hours of domiciliary care per week, mainly private
Including 40 live-in care packages
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC
Required competencies:
Previous domiciliary/live-in care t experience – essential, whether Coordinator, Deputy or Care Manager
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
People management skills
Knowledge of Buckinghamshire area – desirable
Excellent personal skills
You MUST have worked within a domiciliary care setting or similar.
