Our client is an established SPV and asset management company, it provides a comprehensive collection of services across the bid development, construction, and operational phases of projects. Due to an increase in workload, it is looking to hire an Operations Officer.
As the Operations Officer, you will be dedicated to one project across 3 sites in, Amersham, Buckingham, and Berkshire. The Operations Officer will be responsible assisting with the day-to-day management of the project.
Typical duties for the Operations Officer will include but not be limited to, preparing notes for regular meetings, liaising with FM service providers and contractors, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is kept up to date for the project.
Our client is looking for someone with exceptional administrative and organisational skills, the successful Operations Officer must be able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and have strong communication skills. In addition, you must be able to drive and have access to a car.
