Our client, well known in the industry is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with extensive experience in Touch Typing.
The suitable candidate must be a touch typist, be able to work on their own initiative once trained, must have previous experience in a Secretarial/ Administration role, be well spoken and articulate, be well presented and professional as this role will be client facing.
The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and good working knowledge with computer packages that include Word, Outlook & Excel.
Must drive and own a car.
Job Role:
Reception – answering the phone, meet and greet, arranging appointments, register applicants
Data in-put
Invoice raising
Copy typing
Assistant to Office Manager when required
Implementing Client Identification checks when required.
Provide basic IT support to staff
File management, stationery management and printing data
Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)
