Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: Amersham, Bucks
Salary: £26k-28k dependant on experience
Hours of work: 9.00 – 5.30pm with occasional weekends
Own car essential Fuel allowance provided.

Description
Working within the lettings team, you will be involved with all aspects of lettings, speaking with potential landlords and tenants both face to face and on the phone. Organising viewings and responsible for all administrative duties.
You will also when required be involved on the sales side, speaking to potential vendors, buyers and assisting with viewings.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Entering information onto the property management system (REZI)
* Booking viewings and liaising with landlords
* Dealing with references, deposits and speaking with tenants in managed properties
* Managing emails
* Carrying out viewings and taking feedback
* Ensuring the files are kept up to date
* Contacting Landlords with offers
* Assisting generally around the office when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:-
* Ideally have some local knowledge, although not essential Strong
* interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with different people
* An interest in property will be an advantage
* Team spirited
* Strong administrative skills
* Efficient and well organised
* Computer literate
* Estate Agency experience will be an advantage
