Trainee Recruitment Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us here at Future Build Recruitment, we are a leading technical recruitment company, with a specific focus on the construction industry. Due to continued growth and success even during the pandemic, we are currently looking to build a team based in Amersham. We currently have an office based in Brighton and one in Croydon so it is an exciting opportunity to be part of the expansion plans of an already successful company that has been around for 12 years.

The majority of the positions we recruit for are white collar on a permanent basis with salaries typically ranging from £30K to £150K in value which you can earn uncapped commission on!

Required Skills / Attributes:

* Good communication skills and a desire to succeed and produce results for clients are essential in this role

* Organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks, learn quickly and react to information will be key attributes coupled with a personable approach

* Good record in academic achievements

* Hard Working attitude

* Confident Communicator

* Motivation and genuine aspiration to build a successful career in recruitment

* Some interest in the Construction Industry would be an advantage

* Experience in a phone based, customer facing role would be desirable

What will you be doing in the role:

Speaking to professional candidates in the construction industry about live vacancies with our broad client base. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, following leads and directly headhunting candidates. Following our structured training and development programme that will be implemented to give you the opportunity to progress into a full 360 consultant role within 6 to 12 months and focus on both candidates and business development on the client side.
