Right Contract Services have recently won a prestigious national contract with a large facilities company. As a result, we are looking to recruit an experienced admin assistant to help process applicants and assist with compliance. The role will include:
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and updating with new details as required.
Calling through applicants by phone and going through a scripted checklist to gauge suitability.
Helping to source, interview, vet and reference potential candidates.
Assisting with compliance – licence checks, drivers checks, right to work, passport or national ID checks etc.
Ensuring time sheets are sent out in a timely fashion to ensure all operatives are paid on time.A suitable candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Good times keeping and reliability.
Strong computer skills: In particular a good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Confidence on the phone with a good telephone manner.
Good organisational skills and time management.
Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours where required (possibly including weekends on occasion).The role would be on a temporary basis initially but there are ample opportunities to progress within the business in a permanent capacity. Previous experience working within the recruitment industry is not essential but would be a bonus
