HR Administrator required for a global software documentation company. The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the People Team, as well as providing a professional service to internal customers.
The role requires a highly organised individual, with a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and able to start Immediately/as soon as possible.
The role will be initially on a Temp to Perm basis, with a view to go Permanent as the role progresses.
ROLE:
New starter and leaver duties (inductions, exit interviews, draft contracts)
Draft, issue and file changes to terms and conditions letters
Updated the system accordingly to reflect any changes to employees
Respond to and resolve queries
Update and maintain employee records and maintain electronic filing system
Manage Private Healthcare enrolments and respond to reference requests
Archiving of employee records in accordance with company standard operating procedures
Assist the HR Systems/Data Analyst reporting
Assist with ad hoc HR projects as and when required
ATTRIBUTES:
Experience in HR Administration is essential
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Amersham / Home Based
Monday to Friday
£13.00 – £15.40 per hour
