Scrub Practitioner

Buckinghamshire

£38 – £42 per hour

We are working with a leading healthcare facility, who has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Scrub Practitioner that can autonomously implement & evaluate care given to patients in theatre and the anaesthetic room without supervision.

Responsibilities:

*

Providing a welcoming, caring and safe environment is provided for patients, customers and visitors.

*

Supporting the scrub physician / consultant scrubs.

*

Maintain the highest level of patient care across a varied caseload

*

Implement nursing/ODP duties within an scrub area according to policies and procedures

*

Communicate with theatre, recovery staff and floor nurses to facilitate a good patient care experience.

*

Ensure that equipment is maintained and stock managed

Experience & qualifications:

*

RGN / ODP qualified practitioner.

*

Recognised scrub course.

*

Strong knowledge and experience in scrubs
