Our client, a leading technology and services organisation, is recruiting for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team with the main purpose of the role being responsible for the leading and development of all programs and academies within the company and embedding a strong learning and development culture.
The role will offer flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week if preferred.
ROLE:
Design and implement development programs.
Partner with Heads of Departments (or equivalent) and People Business Partners to identify new development needs and create solutions accordingly.
Consult with subject matter experts to publish and maintain course content and training.
Track employee development.
Produce reports for learning interventions and learning management information as required.
Implement and report on the effectiveness of leadership development.
Propose changes to organisational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities.
Coordinate and administrate all activities relating to internal training programs/academies.
ATTRIBUTES:
A passion for people development and continuous improvement.
Previous experience designing computer and classroom-based training programmes.
Ability to build positive and productive collaborative relationships with business partners.
Experience working with global, remote teams.
Monday – Friday
Salary: £55,000
