Enterprise Architect / Be the first EA

Based across global markets, and 40+ operating companies, my client is a pioneer in life-saving technologies and one of the FTSE 100s strongest performers.

As a result of heavy investment in their digital business model the business is recruiting an Enterprise Architect. As the Enterprise Architect you will report to the Chief Architect and assist in ensuring that technology initiatives are designed to support their growth strategy.

The Enterprise Application Architect will support the setup of the Group's future Business Systems strategy including Finance, Talent and Legal systems. The Enterprise Application Architect will also support the creation of a reference architecture for enterprise applications to enable group companies to quickly go to market with new technologies and benefit through increased standardisation and platform harmonisation.

In support of the extensive finance transformation strategy, the Enterprise Application Architect will also need to be the subject matter expert for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and specifically have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

To apply for this opportunity you will have:

8 years+ experience in architecting and implementing enterprise business applications including practical experience of implementing these solutions to provide tangible business benefits
5 years+ experience in ERP systems and related capabilities (record to report, treasury mgmt., purchase to pay, accounts receivable, acquire to retire and capital expenditure)
Strong functional knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally covering manufacturing companies.
A minimum of 4 years proven functional experience in Dynamics ERP configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development.
An expert understanding of COTS software data integration strategies and the aspects of solutions / API based technology platforms that underpin them
Experience assessing technologies and vendors offerings in areas such as MS Dynamics 365 modules (ecommerce, CRM etc).
Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using the agile methodology.
A proven track record of successful implementation of several solutions within large client companies.
Experience working within a software delivery environment using Agile methodologies and tooling, such as Azure DevOps.A comprehensive package is on offer including a bonus of up to 40%, and the role will be a flexible hybrid of home/head office based.
