We have Care Assistant roles available in Amersham that are to build positive relationships with adults within a residential setting, and to assist & take instruction from the Home Manager & care Team Supervisor in maintaining the smooth running of the care home during the night.

We are looking for care assistants to enhance the independence of residents, improve their quality of life and help them live full and happy lives.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated and keen care assistants.

You will need to:

Be reliable and trustworthy
Be able to work on your own initiative.
Hold an NVQ level 2 in health & social care.
Safe handling & administration of medicine.
Full training is provided along with benefits.
