This medical communications agency offers services including: organising meetings and symposiums around the country; designing and producing literature to help promote the meeting; liaising with speakers (helping to put their slide presentations together); assisting with recruitment of the target audiences; liaising with the venue and other parties to organise the agenda, lunch and dinner menus, room reservations and travel.
They also advise on marketing strategy, developing e-detail design and phone application programming, as well as digital ad production to appear on healthcare websites.
It’s an interesting varied role- something it can get a bit hectic, but is always creative and satisfying.
You will be assisting the Senior Account Manager with all aspects of the business, helping with the above and liaising with other senior members of the team, and clients. Writing client reports, and working on campaigns and materials to meet their brief and budget- and making sure all is done to a good standard and on time. You will get the opportunity to contribute creative ideas.
In time, you will be given full responsibility for projects and will be fast tracked to an Account Manager within 12-18 months.
A bit about you…excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are vital to this role. You should be a recent graduate with at least a 2:1 in a science related degree (ideally Biomedical)
Starting Salary is £23k which will increase after the 6 month probationary period; you will get a laptop, mobile allowance, discretionary bonus, ABPI training.
Buckinghamshire based, but also commutable from Watford, Harrow etc on the Metropolitan line
