About us:
My Wealth Cloud (MWC) was founded in 2011 by a management team with a background in financial services. Having successfully launched a digitisation and secure storage solution to help individual private clients manage their home paperwork, MWC developed The DocPortal, to change how the financial industry and other regulated businesses communicate with their clients.
The DocPortal allows documents to be securely distributed to clients’ smartphones through the organisations own company branded mobile app, assisting businesses with effective marketing, whilst enhancing the client experience.
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing team looking for a dynamic individual for this very exciting opportunity. This role will primarily focus on managing and supporting our clients as well as ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run seamlessly.
Key Skills and Requirements Needed:
• Relationship/ account management
• Project Management
• Good level of IT competency
• Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power-point
• Experience and knowledge of the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services (e.g. Legal, Accountancy), would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of the IT/software sector, would be advantageous
• Have excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Be able to demonstrate logical and practical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
• Build strong relationships and ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
• Present statistics at client review meetings and provide solutions to improve and enhance engagement
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage issues through to resolution
• Managing the general day-to-day operation within the business
• Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to
• Produce management reports and statistics
