My client who are a highly reputable Legal 500 firm have a requirement for a Senior Property Litigator to join their Amersham office on a permanent basis.
 
The ideal candidate must have at least five years experience in dealing with a high volume caseload of Property Litigation matters.

Your main duties will include:

preparing and running Code litigation in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) including acquiring new sites, renewing existing sites and defending clients from termination notices and removal action
providing strategic litigation advice to clients
preparing and running hostile & non-hostile cases pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
managing a high volume caseload in both country court and Lands Tribunal.
