Commercial Property Development Solicitor – Amersham – £to50k REF 5144/16TB

The successful Real Estate Development Solicitor will be working on option agreements, overages, residential and mixed commercial development acquisitions.

Skills and knowledge required:

* Strong property knowledge on overages

* Minimum 2 years PQE from a reputable department in Buckinghamshire/London

* Ability to work closely with the Partner in Charge of the team and handle both their own caseload, and have exposure to Partner’s cases from time to time
