2nd/3rd Line Support Technician required by a global manufacturing organisation based in Amersham for a period of 6months, paying up to £200 per day (inside IR35). The company make a wide range of highly sophisticated products sold all over the world.
The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician will provide BAU Support in a cloud Windows environment while they are undergoing a global cloud migration project. As such, you'll support the 1st/2nd Line Engineer serving as their main escalation point for O365 tickets.
The right 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician candidate will need strong experience with Azure, Active Directory Exchange, Group Policies and or course, Office 365.
It is essential you are immediately available willing to work inside IR35 and happy to commute into the office daily. Likely contract extension and possible permanent opportunity.
