Our client is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their busy team in Amersham!

Salary: £30,000 plus Bonus opportunity

Hours of Work: Operating hours are 11 am to 10 pm, hours will range between the operation hours. Tuesday to Saturday, 9 hours a day – 2-hour break from 3pm to 5pm

They are looking for a Restaurant Manager that will work together with the Business Owner to ensure the customer experience is 5 star. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to their guests.

Restaurant Manager Duties:

* Organising and Responsible for day to day running of the Restaurant Operation
* Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
* Support the Business Owner in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of any new team members
* Drive customers through Social Media
* Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one to ones and coaching, ensuring they understand their goals.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team are as knowledgeable and confident as you are
