Hospitality Concession Manager wanted for an exciting and expanding food chain

Location: Amersham

Salary: £25k

Inspire and manage a small team to achieve KPI's, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service in a fast paced and fun environment

Job requirements:

* You will support the Area Manager to run your Concession/Counter like it's your own
business, managing a small, dedicated Team and inspiring them to follow your lead and
love what they do.
* Customer service is key – you'll be a naturally service inspired, People Person!
* Your passion and love for food ensures sensational quality and mouth watering street food * You will motivate your Team to mirror your high standards and create a culture of
teamwork and support
* You will drive sales, manage stock and ordering procedures, ensuring your Kiosk hits
production and wastage targets
* You will support to manage rotas and staff holidays, ensuring your kiosk hits its labour
targets
* You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, promoting a safe and
healthy working environment for all

Candidate Profile:

* A People Person: You're confident to engage our Teams & Guests, you'll guide them through
their experience, encouraging them love our vibrant atmosphere!
* A foodie: We'll support you with structured training to develop your skills and prepare
our mouth-watering menus
* An inspirational leader: We'll support you with a 4 week training plan to grow your
confidence and learn each section of our business. You'll become a pro before you know it
and you'll start to support others, embracing our culture unity of Team Work
* Enthusiastic: If you're excited to learn new skills we'll give you the tools you need to
grow in your role and love what you do
* Previous experience as a supervisor/Manager in hospitality, food chains service,
supermarket or restaurants, would be beneficial
