An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Transport Planner to join an established multi-disciplinary consultancies Transport Planning team in Buckinghamshire. The right candidate will have experience in development planning and be confident in technical design of a variety of planning projects. You will be able to use AutoCAD, ARCADY, PICARDY and LigSin.

You will gain experience working on both private sector and local authority transportation issues gaining knowledge of development proposals, preparation of technical data & drawings and liaising with clients to deliver small and medium scale projects.

Education/ Experience

Degree/working towards degree in applicable subject
Must have experience in Transport Planning working to UK standards
2-3 years' experience and a relevant degree in Transport Planning/Engineering, Civil Engineering or Geography Technical Skills
Advanced use of Microsoft Office software packages
Good levels of numeracy, including a good understanding of spreadsheets.
Use of AutoCAD
Working experience of ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG Competencies
Good written and verbal communication skills
Articulate and numerate
Self-motivated and ability to manage own workload
Good Team Player
