Supply Chain and Inventory Manager

I am looking for a senior supply chain / inventory manager for an ecommerce company that are looking to progress the outstanding work that they are already doing.

Ideally you will be an independent thinker who is happy to work autonomously, you will manage a team and will be accountable for the results of the department. You must be used to standing on your own being accountable for your team’s actions.

Actions

* Manage all SLA’s and KPI’s for inventory teams globally and monitor the performance of these. Lead all commercial and operational reviews on a regular basis.

* Develop continuous improvement plans and longer-term strategic requirements, which include collaborating with retail leaders to review stock handling processes and design and implement new or adapt existing processes to improve accuracy and compliance results.

* Liaise with Import and export teams to manage all stock forecasts and flows across all aspects of the business e-comm and retail

* The business central person for all stock taking processes in warehouse, stores and abroad– including the introduction of cycle counting.

* Identify, design and conduct audits manage all stock handling processes and operational compliance across warehouse and stores.

* Liaise all departments to establish peak flows trends end of line and consolidate all stocks

* Demonstrate ability to work with large quantities of statistical data and convert it into understandable results

* .

* Working closely with our Retail Teams to share data, track trends, and develop continuous improvement initiatives.

We would love to meet someone with:

* Previous experience within an Inventory management role responsible for the accuracy of inventory across multiple sites.

* Proven Commercial skills

* Strong analytical skill –

* ability to manage large volumes of data

* Has worked in a similar fast paced high growth business environment
