Distribution Site General Manager

They are an easily recognisable, innovative and growing company, who have a well-established brand across the UK. This role is for someone looking to take full ownership and complete P&L Control of a site a real opportunity to make a mark and develop an amazing team of people. There is growth potential from this role to a directorship leadership role over the next 18 months.

Ideally you will have management experience of complex E- Com warehousing, multi-site would be an advantage.

The E – Com General Manager role will require the individual to:

* Health and safety of full site

* Manage a team of 80+ operatives through 6 direct reports

* Responsible for all seasonal staffing as well as all employed staff

* Have full control of the operating budget

* Be responsible for the inventory management through your teams.

* Accountable for people development within the operation.

* Be responsible for the strategic vision for the facility.

The successful candidate for the Warehouse Site General Manager role will have the following skills and experiences:

* Ideally an E-Com Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.

* Management of a large Distribution site with P&L

* Have worked for an FMCG provider would be ideal

* Have managed a range of teams

* Experience within an E-Commerce / Retail environment / Automation

* Experience on managing budgets

* Have good written and verbal communication skills.

* Computer literate
