Our prestigious and well-known client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator, who will be responsible for looking after the client journey, maintaining client experience and handle the administration tasks.
This role will be starting off on a Temp basis with a view to go Permanent if the roles progresses well.
The Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for any queries and complaints, therefore they must have a professional approach with excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Role:
Ensure the smooth day to day running of the salon
Undertake stock-take, rotating and ordering
Ensure the salon and reception area are clean and tidy
Manage client complaints and queries, meet and greet clients, answering the telephone and deal with client’s requests for bookings
Communicate with clients through email, sending out promotional emails and using social media to promote the salon
Assist when new staff join, by ensuring all paperwork is completed and relevant documents are copied
In charge of event planning
40 hours per week
£10.00 Per Hour with a generous commission structure
