Our Client, a national service company, is currently recruiting a Client Relationship Specialist, to help to capitalise on current business opportunities, drive profitable growth and help support their rapidly growing account base.
Reporting to the Client Manager, duties to include:
* Work with internal and external clients to support new and existing initiatives and programmes of work
* Be able to develop and maintain long term relationships both internally and externally.
* Plan, coordinate and manage your own work schedule in coordination with your team members.
* Manage and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our existing clients, their contracts and associated activity output.
* Support business development, the sales team, and technical & clinical partners in helping to secure new and retain existing contracts
* Attend events at a variety of settings, in support of business development, and promote integration of services with clients.
* Support the process of implementation of new contracts.
As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience within an account management or client facing role, the ability to work independently and professionally whilst out in the field, confidence to hold daily meetings at customer sites and commercial awareness to interpret the meanings and outcome of each meeting. A Knowledge of the health service industry could be beneficial but not essential.
