Document Controller – Permanent Position
Office based – Monday to Friday- located on the outskirts of Amersham
Salary -£30,000 -£33,000
Conrad Connect are pleased to be working with a growing Consultancy based on the outskirts of Amersham. Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their established team in a varied hands-on position that covers both Document Control duties and also assists with a variety of IT support duties on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained working as a Document Controller and will also have a keen interest in supporting the wider business in other areas such as IT.
Duties
Control all incoming and outgoing documents, issue and track internal distributions / workflows relating to individual projects
Maintain soft and hard copy project filing for all projects
Support the IT Support team with additional administration duties
Check relevant outgoing documents (format, numbering, etc) and maintain issue records
Support internal teams with uploading and filing detailed drawings on in-house systems
Ensure compliance with project / documentation and design procedures are adhered to
Assisting with printing and filing tasks for individual projects
Archiving of project documents
Ability to work with limited supervision
General office administration duties
Implement Health and Safety policies and procedures on projects
The successful candidate will have
Previous Document Control experience
Previous experience gained in the Construction, Engineering, or similar Industry
Strong Communication and organisation skills
