Document Controller – Permanent Position
Office based with occasional home working available – Monday to Friday – located on the outskirts of Amersham
Salary -29,000 -£32,000
Conrad Connect are pleased to be working with a growing Consultancy based on the outskirts of Amersham. Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their established team in a varied hands on position on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained working as a Document Controller and be keen to continue their development with a forward-thinking business whilst expanding their own knowledge and career.
Duties
Control incoming and outgoing documents, issue and track internal distributions / workflows
Maintain soft and hard copy project filing
Support the IT Support team with additional administration duties
Check outgoing documents (format, numbering, etc) and maintain issue records
Support internal teams with uploading and filing detailed drawings on in-house systems
Ensure compliance with project / documentation and design procedures
Assisting with printing and filing tasks for all projects
Archiving of project documents
Ability to work with limited supervision
General office administration duties
Implement Health and Safety policies and procedures on projects
