Are you an experienced Site Supervisor? Do you posses a strong background in Carpentry?

If so, LINQ want to hear from you! We are currently working with a reputable and progressive firm who specialise in commercial fit out & refurbishment. Our client are currently beginning a high end residential development due to start in the first week of January and will require a Site Supervisor.

Site Supervisor

Amersham

£225 per day

Initial 3-month contract (extended to 6 months and beyond for the right person)

Responsibilities –

* Work closely with the Project Team to manage on-site subcontractors and deliver the project on time and on budget.

* Lead a team by example, getting involved with work over the duration of the contract as required.

* Ensure all work is completed to a very high standard.

* Liaise with members from all aspects of the Project, including the client, effectively and professionally at all times.

* Ensure that strict health and safety procedures, including COVID-19 protocols, are being followed by all on site.

Requirements –

* Experience on high-end residential developments

* Gold CSCS Card

* SSSTS

* First Aid

* Carpentry Background

* Asbestos Awareness (Preferable)
