Our client is a well established fit-out contractor completing Healthcare projects across the South of England. they are eeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting fit out hospital project in Buckinghamshire.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in previous health care/medical projects and fast track fit-out programmes as a Site Manager.

The Site Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing detailed programs and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress.

Identify the quality expectations and embrace these in the Quality Plan.

Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.

Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project/scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints.

Site Manager role requirements:

Minimum 5 year's experience with management experience Ideally from a trades background

Very strong QA management skills and experience

Very strong communication and IT skills Detail-oriented & ability to close out design issues in a timely manner
