Key Tasks and Activities :

• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures;
• Develop a working understanding of plans, specifications, permits and other jobsite requirements and constraints, and ensure all subordinates understand their responsibilities for executing same;
• Coach operators in their professional development
• Oversee foremen
• Supervise subcontractors and crew operations to ensure all are conducted to high standards that meet or exceed Project requirements and Client expectations;
• Monitor costs, compare with estimate/budget and report to Project Manager;
• Participate in the planning of operations with the Superintendent and Engineer;
• Participate in Project start-up and progress meetings;
• Prepare all activity, safety and progress reports and report any problems to the Project Manager for resolution;
• Ensures that scheduling/quality/safety objectives are met;
• Organize construction activities and ensure the completion of the work by the workforce and/or subcontractors in his/her field of activity;
• Provide solutions to production problems and technical issues.

Criteria:
• Experience in grouting projects
• Civil Engineering background
• Able to manage subcontractors
• CSCS card
• Experience working in a live construction environment
