Key Tasks and Activities :

• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures;
• Develop a working understanding of plans, specifications, permits and other jobsite requirements and constraints, and ensure all subordinates understand their responsibilities for executing same;
• Coach operators in their professional development
• In charge of the storage and cement yard
• Lead the storekeeper and the silo operator
• Keep track of the cement stock in the surface area
• Receive deliveries
• Keep track of the MSV conditions and maintenance to be done
• Manage MSV operators depending on the needs

Essential and Desirable Criteria:
Essential
• Experience in grouting projects
• Civil Engineering background
• Able to manage subcontractors
• SSSTS
• Experience working in a live construction environment

Desirable
• Crane Supervisor CPCS
• Temporary Works qualifications
