Call Centre Agent – Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to 23k basic plus bonus of 3k + company benefits

My Client in the motor trade, is looking for experienced Call Centre Agent/Customer Service and Call Handlers. This is a full time permanent position.

Key Tasks:

* Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.

* Liaising with the dealership business managers and group sales manager along with senior leadership team.

* Managing the shifts work load in accordance with customer expectations.

* Managing enquiries on day to day basis, allocating out to the sales team,

* Liaising customer and handling their calls efficiently and effectively.

* To take service department calls ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
