Calling all Office Managers who are looking for a new opportunity!
A specialist rail contractor is looking for an Office Operations Manager to join their team. They need someone to work alongside the existing office manager and to cover the more operational aspects of the office. You will be dealing with timesheet expenses, compliance, insurances for the office and any general support needed day to day.
This is an exciting role where you can work collaboratively with your team members to ensure the office is running smoothly and all administration is dealt with. You will have the chance to make this role your own and help cover specific operational tasks.
This company is a specialist in what they do, they are a tight knit team who care a lot about each other and their work.
To be successful in this role you need to come from a construction, civil engineering or rail background and have previously worked as an Office Manager.
Permanent role, Based in Amersham, Paying up to £45,000

Responsibilities:
Managing the floor
Working alongside another Office Manager collaboratively
Dealing with timesheets compilation and expenses
Making sure new starters and guys on the site have the correct compliance
Looking after insurance policies for the office
Supervising multiple teams
Organising events
Conducting all office support on varied levels
Updating documents – phone, project lists, charts and schedules
HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
Dealing with senior operations managers
Office Archiving
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Preparation of outgoing post
Arranging couriers
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Multiple EDMS experience
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
