Our client, a leading specialist in their field, are seeking a Office Coordinator with excellent communication skills and a high level of personal presentation.
The main purpose of the role will be to meet & greet, with public facing being an extremely important aspect of the role, extensive diary management and appointment making.
The successful candidate will need to be prepared to sit compliance training once a year.
Role:
Manage and co-ordinate daily diary
Manage and co-ordinate office supplies/procedures
Telephone/Answerphone
General administration
Meet and Greet
Make appointments
Take Messages
Data in-put
Print off details as and when required
Accompany viewings

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: £22,000 – £23,000
Benefits: 20 days + public holidays
