Our client, well established in the medical sector is recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to have good all round IT skills including MS Office, good organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Role:
Ensuring inbound post is sorted and distributed
Outbound post preparation
Managing Company ‘info’ mailbox
Scanning, shredding and filing
Outbound calling regarding late payments
Dealing with incoming calls
Able to work a rotated shift on a weekly basis (7.5 Hrs) each day between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
