Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday: 8am to 5pm

What will you be doing?
Fleet compliance administration
Waste exportation administration
Recording vehicle services and defects
Raising purchase orders
Filing, minute taking and assisting the transport manager with administrative duties
Logging annual leave and recording absences
Finance and procurement
Handling insurance claims
What are we looking for?
A proactive approach
Minute taking experience
Waste administrator experience
Administrative experience
