THE ROLE

The IQ Glass Group require a new team member to join our Project and Purchasing department to assist with all aspects and areas of data entry and administration. The lively project office is a busy and high pressured department within the IQ Glass Group, responsible for managing and delivering architectural glazing projects all over the world. The admin assistant will support this team, providing administration and data entry tasks to support the entire team.

The role will be fully supported by our Contracts Director and Senior Project Managers

REPORTING TO

The role reports to the Contracts Director and Senior Project Managers

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Post Completion Administration

* Writing and sending our operations and maintenance manuals to completed projects.

* Using our CRM system to ensure that all completed projects have an O+M manual sent.

* Liaising with the project managers to update and improve the O+M manual when required providing accurate project information to the clients / end user.

* Archiving all files and paperwork (both digital and hard copy) when projects are completed.

* Ensuring the digital project record is full complete and up to date before archiving.

Remedial Works Administration

* Assisting the remedials team in record keeping for all remedial projects.

* Assisting in the management of the remedials email inbox.

Other responsibilities

* Dealing with one off admin projects in the dept

* Interacting with other departments

YOUR DEVELOPMENT

You will be provided with full internal and external support throughout your role at IQ. Successful hires will have support and resources to progress their knowledge and progress within the company. The company offers multiple training opportunities and is always looking to progress staff internally.

THE DETAILS

Main Location: Our HQ in Amersham

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 40 hrs per week. 8am to 5pm. 1hr lunch

Salary: TBC depending on experience
