We have an exciting and varied role available at our well-established and fast growing client in the Healthcare Finance sector.
They are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Account Managers, to manage individual accounts in a professional and efficient manner.
ROLE:
Administrative duties, which will include: invoicing, payments, letters and filing
Accurate data input
Processing invoices and chasing payments
Validation and checking of invoices
Reconciliation of payments
Maintaining office records
ATTRIBUTES:
Good working knowledge of Ms Office.
Previous experience of general administrative duties, with good attention to detail
Excellent numerical skills
Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner
Desirable – Experience in private healthcare would be an advantage
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm (30min Lunch)
