Commercial Insurance Claims Handler
Based in Amersham
£25,000 to £35,000
We are recruiting for a Commercial Claims Handler for this long-established brokerage based in Amersham due to continued growth across the business.
Job Role:
* First point of contact for clients contacting the business to report a claim
* Working closing with the Claims Manager providing a fantastic service to clients
* Managing all claims within SLA’s
* Assisting with the investigation of claims
* Contacting clients to retrieve all relevant documents in relation to claims
* Submitting information to insurers
* Liaising with insurers, adjusters and accident management companies to ensure claim is being managed in a timely fashion
* Assisting manager with MI reporting from system
Skills Needed:
* Experience within a similar role – Insurer/ Broker background
* Experience within Commercial Property Claims Handling is essential
* Cert CII is desirable or the ambition to study towards
* Experience using Acturis would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well as a team
