More About Business
At PD Carpet Cleaning Milton Keynes we use the latest in carpet cleaning technology to clean your carpets, without the long drying times that you may be used to. We guarantee that your carpets will be dry within 30 minutes of completion of the clean. We deliver excellent results minus the inconvenience of having to wait hours before you can walk on your carpets again.
We follow a five-step process when cleaning carpets. First and foremost we’ll vacuum the area to be cleaned using a powerful industrial vacuum cleaner. The commercial-grade vacuum motor and beater brush allow us to pick up more dirt than your typical household hoover. Customers are often wowed by the results once we’ve finished vacuuming their carpets.
As our next step, we’ll spray down our professional cleaning solution onto the carpet. The solution immediately starts to loosen the dirt from the carpet on contact. This is left to dwell for around 10 minutes or so.
While the solution is doing its work, we’ll go over the carpet with a contra-rotating brush. This has a dual effect. First of all, it ensures that the solution reaches each and every fibre of the carpet. Second of all the counter-rotating effect of the brushes digs up dirt that has become embedded deep within the carpet pile. You may be surprised at the amount of dirt we can pull up, despite having vacuumed the carpet.
Next, we’ll remove the now loose dirt using a bonnet cleaning machine. This process uses minimal moisture which is one of the reasons why the carpet dries so quickly afterwards. The other factor that ensures the carpets dry within 30 minutes is that we clean at temperatures of up to 85c, further reducing any moisture that remains in the carpet once the cleaning has been completed.
Finally, we’ll groom the carpet with a grooming brush. This aligns the pile and also aids the drying process.
We’re proud to serve the Milton Keynes area. Have a look at our website to find out more about our company.
