Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager required

I’m recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical Contractor with a specialism in delivering CAT A & B fit outs for Commercial and Residential, Offices, Education, Laboratories, Apartments and Healthcare contracts across the South. They offer full scope project management from initial design and costing, through to commissioning.

Job Description

They’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager with a pure focus on the management and profitability of projects. You’ll be supported by an in-house design and estimation team, your role will be to oversee the day to day running of projects from handover, responsible for all RAMS & Method Statements with a Site Manager at your disposal.

Projects will typically be of the sizes between £250K – £4M, CAT A & B fit outs as well as new builds, installing plant and boiler rooms to projects within different sectors, labs, hospitals, universities and apartments typically.

The Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager

They’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Current Director or Business Owner who’s looking for a business with a great support structure to help you complete projects to time and budget.

You must have experience managing projects within the commercial or residential sector, ideally universities, offices or hospitals. You must also have experience compiling RAMs and Method Statements.
