Our Marketing Automation and Decisioning Platform is at the heart of our Digital Transformation. PEGA is used to arbitrate and decide what conversation to have or what communication to send to our customers across all different touch points.

Defining decision architecture, solutions, and designs for PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Marketing
Managing, developing, improving proposition builds, using innovative and proactive thinking to gain competitive advantage for the Bank
Providing analytical support and business reporting to the team, ensuring the ongoing improvement of campaign activity
Making recommendations to increase capability, improve levels of automation, increase robustness of controls, and gain process efficiency
Managing and developing relationships with key internal stakeholders, allowing them to understand decisioning concepts and the benefits associated
What you will bring.
Advanced technical knowledge of campaign management software (e.g., PEGA/Salesforce)
Ability to improve & automate processes and strive for operational excellence in high volume, multi-channel customer communications environments
It would also be nice for you to have.
A good understanding of CRM and campaign activity, particularly digital marketing
Awareness of Agile culture and ways of working
Experience of identifying and managing risk and controls to ensure the customer is receiving the correct information
Ability to identify opportunities, validate hypothesis, and turn ideas into action
What else you need to know.
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
This role is currently Milton Keynes office based/Home based, therefore must be able to attend meetings upon request.
