Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Milton Keynes for a reputable automation company.

Summary of the Senior Customer Success Manager role…

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

The role…

As the Senior Customer Success Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients/customers.
Drive and increase adoption and utilisation of service contracts. 
Ensure customers are able to achieve business results and maximum value from service contracts.
Recommend solutions to help customers achieve their desired results.
Identify opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related services.
Coach and mentor other members of the team and provide feedback to better service offerings.
Responsible for recommending changes or additions to existing customer contracts and subscriptions.
Achieve contract retention and renewal targets.
Execute onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions relevant to each account in portfolio. 
The experience required…

As a successful Senior Customer Success Manager you will have the following:

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
10+ years working with customers in a commercial and/or technical capacity.
Excellent commercial acumen and independent knowledge in one or more industry/application.
Good financial acumen.
Able to negotiate leads.
Able to maintain a positive mindset when working on high-stress commercial issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
