We are looking for a Customer Service Technical Trainer based in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit an ex-Field Service Technician/Engineer who would like to go into training!

Main responsibilities

Delivering content for practical training sessions
Managing groups of learners with differing ability and experience levels
Contribute to the development of training course design and content
Complete necessary administration/provide end of course feedback to Managers
Ensure that course set up/clear down is both planned and managed effectively
Attend (virtual) Training given by head office/ factories and feedback to team for development of courses etc.
What are we looking for? 

Experience of White Goods repair (preferred)
Recognised Electrical/Mechanical qualification
High level of English both written and verbal
Excellent presentation and training skills
Strong customer service skills
Team player
