Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

The role…

As the Customer Success Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

Respond to high-level customer issues when they arise.
Coach and mentor other members of the team and provide feedback to better service offerings.
Responsible for recommending changes or additions to existing customer contracts and subscriptions.
Achieve contract retention goals.
Execute onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions relevant to each account in portfolio. 
The experience required…

As a successful Customer Success Manager you will have the following:

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
6-8 years working with customers in a commercial and/or technical capacity.
Good financial acumen.
Able to negotiate leads.
Able to maintain a positive mindset when working on high-stress commercial issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
