General Manager – Premium Bar Group – Buckinghamshire – £48k
Salary: £48,000 + Bonus & Benefits
My client has a collection of premium, individually styled bars that are extremely well known across the UK! These venues are the perfect place to gather, drink eat & party! Consistently serving fresh food, expertly mixed cocktails, premium spirits, beers and ciders, and a wine for every occasion my client is renowned for showing all guests a great time!
What they are looking for:
We are looking for a unique and experienced General Manager to drive the management of these high class, diverse, busy bar environments from managing & developing new business to the supervision of the teams both Front and Back of house.
Perks and Benefits
Experience in similar General Management is essential
Passionate & knowledgeable about Alcoholic beverages
Confident team leader with the ability to be hands-on and delegate
Manage the business aspects of the bar, dealing with suppliers, ordering and stock control
General understanding of Alcohol & Spirits
Staff Rota Management
Ability to promote inhouse products & services
Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
Budgets, forecasting & cash handling
