Based near Gerrard's CrossSyntech Recruitment are searching for a Buyer for our aerospace client based near Gerrard's Cross. Working within the facilities maintenance department, you will be tasked with securing goods and services for our clients manufacturing site.

Buyer Profile

Act as central point of contact for SAP support to the facilities maintenance team
Manage relationships within supply chain
Produce weekly financial and invoicing reports
Promptly handle requisitions to ensure stable supply of materials and services
Assist the facilities maintenance manager to ensure customers receive an effective service from the business
Maintain blanket purchase orders for materials and servicesBuyer experience

5+ years' experience working within facilities supply chain, finance or business administration field
Experience with facilities management, MRO purchasing or indirect procurement experience
Experience with SAP is essential
Excellent PC based skills with experience using Word, Excel and OutlookFor all successful candidates, our client will undertake background security checks. As part of this, they will need to confirm your identity, employment history and address history to cover the past five years as well as your nationality, immigration status and criminal record. For positions that require Security Clearance, the successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain security clearance up to the relevant level for the role.
