You are an experienced manager of care/patient services with a keen interest in developments and new initiatives.
You may have had a career in the NHS, independent sector or social care and you will have managed and developed clinical teams striving to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based and innovative care that enhances the patients' experience.
In High Wycombe, Bucks, we have a 53 bed care home with nursing that provides exceptional care to armed forces veterans many of whom have multiple diagnoses, some need End of Life Care and some have dementia. We have the Gold Standard Framework for End-of-Life Care amongst many other awards.
We are now about to implement a Wellbeing Programme that will provide 7 days a week physical, social and spiritual support tailored to each residents needs and wishes. With a dedicated team headed by a physiotherapist this will build on our reputation for providing loving and compassionate care.
As Clinical Care Manager(Deputy General Manager) you will lead the quality and management of care throughout the home and spearhead the implementation of the Wellbeing Programme and also the new Day Care Service.
